Withdrawal from the contract
A) you are a consumer
B) you are a natural person and the contract you have concluded with us after 31 December 2020 is directly related to your business activity, but is not of a professional nature for you
- as a general rule, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.
You may withdraw from the contract by making a statement of withdrawal e.g. by sending an e-mail to: email@example.com.
Return the returned item to us immediately to the address: ul. Jutrzenki 6c, 02-230 Warsaw , but not later than within 14 days from the date on which you have withdrawn from the contract.
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
The course of the fourteen-day period for withdrawal from the contract begins:
in the case of a contract in which we deliver an item while being obliged to transfer its ownership, from the time when you or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you takes possession of the item, and in the case of a contract which comprises several items which are delivered separately, in instalments or in parts - from the time when you or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you takes possession of the last item, instalment or part.
Sending your declaration before the expiry of this period shall be sufficient to meet the deadline.
We shall reimburse you the payments made by you, including the costs of delivery of the goods in accordance with the rules and regulations without delay, but not later than within 14 days from the date on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from the contract.
We may withhold the reimbursement of the payment received from you until we have received the item back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the item, whichever event occurs first.
Remember that you do not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract, among other things, in relation to the contract:
in which the subject matter of the performance is a non-reproduced item, produced according to your specifications or serving to satisfy your individual needs;
in which the object of the performance is an item that deteriorates rapidly or has a short shelf life;
in which the subject matter of the performance is a thing delivered in a sealed package which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygienic reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery;
in which the subject matter of the supply are sound or visual recordings or computer programs supplied in sealed packaging if the packaging has been opened after delivery.

If you are a consumer, you have the right to make a complaint based on the warranty in the event that the goods purchased from us prove to be defective. Complaints should be sent to the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org or by mail to the following address: Ogrodowa 8 lok. 87, 00-896 Warsaw.
Defective goods should be sent to the address: ul. Jutrzenki 6c, 02-230 Warsaw
In relation to a defect you can demand
exchange the item for one free from defects,
Remove the defect,
or make a statement about:
lower the price,
withdraw from the contract - in the case of a material defect.
We are liable to you for defects found before the expiry of two years from the date of delivery.
As a rule, you can lodge a complaint within one year of noticing the defect, but the time for lodging a complaint cannot end before the expiry of the period of the seller's liability.
Your complaint will be considered (responded to) within 14 days of the date on which we receive your complaint.
